THE BRITISH ELECTIONS.
FURTHER RETURNS SENT IN. [reuter's copyright telegrams.] London, July 14.— Unionist candidates have been elected to represent Northwich (Cheshire), and Ayrshire South Division, formerly held by Liberals. The Conservatives have gained seats in Buckingham and Thornhury (Gloucestershire), replacing the former Liberal members, Captain Verney, Sir Charles Tennant, and Edward Howard.
