Melbourne, July 15. The Arifiis correspondent at Derby writes that the population here is now fully a thousand, and strongly urges those intending to go to Kimberley to delay their departure until September. Adelaide, July 15. Earl Granville has telegraphed to Sir B. Kobinson, Governor of South Australia, stating that the Prince of "Wales thanks the colonists for their invitation, but fears that engagements will prevent his visiting the South Australian Jubilee Exhibition.
