POLITICAL CRISIS IN SYDNEY. Sydney, July 11. The Legislative Council continued in Committee on the Customs Bill until an early hour this morning. Late on Saturday night a compromise was declined, and after entering a pro. test against the .House sitting on Sunday, the Opposition left the Chamber in a body at midnight. The Government then proceeded with the bill, and, after passing the clauses, postponed the discussion of the schedule, and the Assembly adjourned until Tuesday. At the conclusion of the proceedings, strangers in the gallery groaned.
