INTER-PROVINCIAL BOWLING MATCH.
I'he following rinks have been selected from ilio Auckland Bowling and Lawn Tennis Club to play the Taranaki Bowling Club. They leavo for Taranaki by tomorrow's steamer : — No. 1 rink: Messrs Frater, Iloath, Gome, A. 1?. Machechnie (skip). No. 2 rink : Messrs Mirfin, Oliphant, J. Ross, Winks (skip). No. 3 rinks: ■Messrs Keesing, Taunt, Miller, Kingswell (skip). The bowling match between Auckland and New Plymouth will take place next Thursday on tho local ground, and the following gentlemen will represent New Plymouth: — No. 1 rink: Messrs. Paul (skipper), Todd, and Skinner ; No. 2 rink : Messrs. Downes (skipper), Morey, and Cottier ; No. 3 rink: Messrs. T. Humphries (skipper), Drew, and J. T. Davis. The Auckland team will arrive in New Plymouth on Wednesday morning.
