[reuter's copyright telegrams.] WOOL SALES. London, Jane 30. At to-day's wool sales 9900 bales were offered to a dull market. The fourth series of colonial wool auctions will open on September ldt. HOMEWARD MAILS. The homeward Australian mails dated Melbourne, May 19th, per P. and 0. B.M.S. Thibet, were delivered here to-day via JBrindisi. ROSSA'S ASSAILANT ACQUITTED. New York, June 30. The young woman Ysult Dudley, who had been arraigned on a charge of attempting to murder O'Donovan Bossa on February 2nd last, has been acquitted, the jury finding a verdict in her favor on the ground of insanity.
