Lord Ituveuswood was bred by John Bowie, Esq., of Ravenswood, out of his celehrat* d mare Jenny — v successful prize-taker in the Canterbury District. Jenny, g't by Clydesdale Hero, imported from Scotland; giauddam Jessie, imported from Victoria. Lotd Raye tih wood is the winner of several prizes iv the Canterbury District, including winner of a first prize us a three-year-old at Christchurch. He hns proved himself a sure foal-getter, and his stock is second to none in the Canterbury Provincial District.
