MAIL NOTICES. Mails will be closel at the Chief Postoffice, Devon-street, as follows :—: — For Bell Block, on Mondays, Wednesdays, anti Fridays at 3.30 p.m. For Huiranei on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 3.30 p.m. respectively. For Waitara. twice daily— 6 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. for Omata, Oakura, and Okato on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 3 p.m. For Ingle wood, Midhirsl, Stratford, Opunake, Normanby, Hawera, Kakaramea, Manutahi, Patea, Wellington, and' Wanganui, cjaily. at 6 a.m. For Lepperton on Tuesdays and Fridays at 3.30 p.iu. (gy Letters, &c, are delivered daily in Town by a letter-carrier at 10a.m. and 2 p.m. (Sundays and public holidays excepted.) Travelling letter-boxes will be attached t< > the train, to permit the posting of letter* (with the proper postage affixed.") Letter receiving-boxes are fixed at Mr. W. Beale's, Brougham-street; and Mr. J. Pugh's. Devon-street, and will be cleared daily at 9 a. in. and 4 p.m.; and half-an-hour before the closing of thb .aaila by the steamers.
