Mrlbourne, April 30. Mr. Berry has had an interview with the Prince of Wales. The latter regretted that he would be unable to be present at the Melbourne International Exhibition, but hopes to visit the Colonies later. Mr. Childers acts as Chairman of the ■Board of Advice instead of Agent' General. Tt is probable that a short Imperial Act ot Parliament will be passed in order to enable members of Parliament to become Agent-Generals. The Northumberland has arrived. The Albiou experienced a tremendaous gale on her voyage up. Lennie, the helmsmau, was pitched overboard. Sydney, April 30. The Bank of South Australia has declared a dividend of 10 per cent. Parliament will be prorogued on the 6th May, for a quarter's recess.
