London, April 7. — The Queensland mails via Torres Straits were delivered on the 4th, and the California mail on the Gth. New York, April B.— The Senate voted an increase to the Greenback and National Bank's circulation, of eight hundred million dollars. This inflation of currencey met opposition. Berlin, April 11. — The army dispute in Germany is compromised by the Emperor and the Liberals agreeing a standard of 401,659 for a period of seven years. Madrid, April 10. — It is reported that a compromise is effected botween the Republicans and the Carlists, and negotiations for peace are proceeding.
