ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
The following gentlemen were appointed of~ ficers for the remainder of the year :— President— H. R. Richmond, Esq. Treasurer — R. Chilman, Esq. Hon. Seoretary and Librarian — W. Northcroft, Esq.
Committee— The Yen. Archdeacon Govefct, Messrs. H. Weston, T. King, T. Kolly, P. Ronalds, C. Brown, B. C. Lawrence, and T* Colson.
Auditors — Messrs. W. Webster and T. Colson.
This being the whole of the business, a vote of thanks to the President, terminated tho proceedings.
