THE CHURCHES.

TO-MORROW’S SERVICES. Anglican services in the parish of 'fem uka and Winchester will be conducted to-morrow (which is a general parish Sunday) as follows: St. Peter’s, Temuka: S a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. The Vicar (Rev. G. N. Watson) will preach at all services. The Rev. W. AV. Macarthur, of Portobello, will conduct the services al the Temuka Presbyterian Church to-morrow, forenoon and evening. An invitation is extended to residents and visitors to attend Divine worship in the Temuka Methodist Church to-morrow. The services will he conducted by the Rev. A. Blakemore. To-morrow being the last Sunday in the year, the subjects of the discourses will be suitable to the occasion.

The Geraldine Salvation Army Corps will hold their usual services to-morrow.

The services to-morrow at the Salvation Army Hall, Temuka, will be conducted by Major and Mrs Bear, Adjutant Nelson, and the camp staff. All campers will be present. There will be a public meeting at. the Park at 3 p.m. On New Year's Eve a watch-night service will be held, and will be conducted by the camp staff. The Temuka Mission will hold usual services to-morrow, at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday School will be held as usual at 2.30 p.m. The services are purely undenominational, and all are heartily welcome.
