' £IOB ARREARS. REMANDED TO • NAPIER. Joseph Christopher Mooney, who was arrested on Friday afternoon at Temuka by Constable Southworth, appeared- on Saturday morning at the Temuka Magistrate’s Court, before Mr W. F. Evans, J.P., to answer a change of failing to comply with the terms of an order to support his wife, Ivy Moofley, and his three children, made at Napier on the 6th March last. The arrears to December amounted to £10(8, and Sergeant Dwan applied for a remand for accused to appear at Napier on the 9th inst. The Bench; Have you anything to say?—No, sir. The remand was granted accordingly.
