A meeting of the Temuka.Ladie*’ Hockey, Club was held in Mr Purn.. Smith’s room last evening, there being fourteen members preeent. Mr Smith was voted to the chair. The meeting was called for the purpose of selecting the A. and B. ' teams and appointing captains. The teams were ©elected as follows:- ■ ’

Wells, Watson, Wedlake, • Hope, Fisher, Gason, Berry and) Morris. Miss Gason was appointed captain and Mrs Fisher vice-captain of the A. team; Mies M. Hannifin, captain of the B. team.

Messrs Strange and Goddard were elected delegates to the Hockey subAssociation and Grounds Committee. It was agreed to ■ purchase wire goal-nets at a cost of 325, and sharing half the cost with the men’s cluib. The men’s A. team will be selected from the following.—'Lawry (2).
