“FALSELY ACCLStD.” Aided by tt perfect machine, powerful electric lighting, u cosy theatre, and i brilliant programmes, Mr McGrath's picture house is becoming increasingly popular. Lust Saturday evening a good liouso was thrilled by a programme of merit, headed by-a masterly drama “Falsely Accused." This picture was replete with interesting incidents, and depicted a story of a girl’s lore for he; brother. The girl (Asta Aoilsonj was a very beautiful sample of woman hood, and;a good actor, ami her doings were followed with the closest possible interest by the large audience The scenery was superb ,-and the whole settinggcnerally was one of great mi; nilicauec. The brother’s act of cheat dug at cards leads to the display of much devotion by the girl to save the family' name, ' and ! her ' subsequent schemes, sull'eriiigs, and triumph made up an absorbing theme. ■ .Other line pictures were “The Winking Parson," “Jim Mistaken for Poolshead,” “doing through Switzerland,” “Oalamity Anno.” WLDN ESI)A Y’S PICTL’Iv aS. For Wednesday' evening, Mr McGrath has secured a brilliant programme, headed by “Salambo.” This wonderful picture, is in most sensational setting, and is three thousand feet in length. It is a masterpiece of powerful acting. Supporting it will be Cetiuge to Peika (scenic), Pohert Pm melt (drama), Polidor thinks himself invincible (comic). Spring li-uind dp (drama), Pelroucll’s Monkey (comic). Life in a Katllr Kraal (education-ill, Jim’s Wife (drama), 'Pal and (he Milliner feomic), and Which is Which (comedy).
