The Boulanger excitement continues and is increasing. Extensive precautions have been taken to prevent a disturbance arising cat of the crisis. Government will be asked to interpose to. prevent General Boulanger assuming the Diotatorsbip.
April 18,
M. Deroulede has been re-elected to the Presidency ot the French Patriotic League.
M. Floquet, in the course of recent addresses, has strongly opposed the Boulanger agitation, He stated that the first duly of the Ministry will be to unite the Chamber against Cusarism, M. Sadi-Carnot, the President, visits the south of France on the 25(h inst, Boulanger visits the northern provinces about the same time.
