The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received the following oable message from London, dated 3rd May, 1887:Wool—The next mi" ot sales are limited to bales, and wjll oommence on the 7th June. The fourth series will commence on the 6th September, and for the fifth series the list will close on the 22nd November. Wheat—There is an improved feeling, New 7 ealand wheat, average and long berries, are £orth respectively 35s 6d and 36i 6d per 7q6lb. Quotations for New Zealand wheat, * ew 0r0p,f.a.q.,c.i.f., to arrive, is nominally 33s 6d per 4801 b. The following private telegram was re« oeived in Ohriatohurch on Thun-day : Present rate of the market for fair average quality New Zealand wheat at Market Lane, per quarter of 4961 b, ex granary, saoki extra, is 365.
