Tiison v. J. JoeClaim £l3 6s, judgment summons, no order was made. ASSAULTS. A case of this nature, in which a man named Crocker sued a man named Armstrong, was adjourDed. A, Metcalf was charged with having assaulted Henry Collier.—The case was dismissed. J. Tindall was charged with having assaulted H, P. Jones, and the latter was charged with disorderly conduct in a licensed house. The case against Tindnll was dismissed, and Jones was fiaed 40a and costs. A full report will appear in our next.
