At the Geraldine Town Board Assessmeat Coart yesterday, H. C* S. Baddeley, Esq., being the presiding judge, the following objections were received and adjudicated upon George Rassell objected to the rain* tion of bis property, situate oh Geraldine Hoad,—Hisyaluatum was reduced from L 125 to Ll6o, .
James Walker > objected to being assessed for n bouse and section in Maslm’s paddock,’as he had censed to own the lam^.—Objection upheld. 0. G. Tripp objected to being rated at LSO for a property in Talbot Street, and considered LSO the rateable value of it —The objection was not upheld.
Amos ftherratf pbjepted . ,ip - the following items on valuation roll in hia name for the Geraldine Town District: Lots No. 17 and 18, part of section 8904, valued at L7O, es ’he bed sold the sections to Michael Buckley ; Lot 27 and 28, part section 0382,. valued at L7O, were also overyn'm d by L2O, Government valuation tor property tax being only L4O for the same sections.— Objections upheld. D. Mclirailh objected to being assessed at L 1415, but as be did , not appear the objection was not sustained,
