BLAME PUT ON WORKERS. “DESTRUCTIVE LEADERSHIP.” By Telegraph—Press, Assn.—Copyright. Vancouver, Oct. 28. The report of Mr. Justice Davis, of the Supreme Court of Canada, who as commissioner investigated the Vancouver longshoremen’s strike, blames the men for the trouble and maintains that the majority of Vancouver strikers have been misled by “unsound destructive leadership.” It asserts that the Powell River newsprint cargoes for Australia, which they refused to load, were not unfair cargoes.
