CABINET RESIGNS
RECONSTRUCTION IN SPAIN. TWO MINISTERS EXCLUDED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Madrid, Oct. 29. The Government has resigned after the Cortes declared a number of persons, including a former Minister and other high political figures, guilty of corruption arising from concessions made to Daniel Strauss, a Mexican gambling enterpreneur. The concessions were afterwards revoked. Strauss after leaving Spain complained to President Zamora, sending copies of transactions mentioning the former Prime Minister, Senor Lerroux. The Prime Minister, Senor Chaparieta, later formed a new Cabinet representative of the same parties but excluding Senor Lerroux and Senor Rocha, Minister of Marine. /
