NORMANBY
Miss Pearl Gane, who motored to Hastings for tire Labour Day week-end, returned to Normanby on Tuesday. Mrs. V. F. Howell returned at the week-end from a motoring holiday to Wellington. , Mrs. M. Parslow and Miss T. Gibson, accompanied by Mrs. E. Hay bittie, Pukengahu, have returned, from Hastings, where they attended the agricultural show.
Mrs. A. Knuckey, Whenuku Road, has returned from a week’s holiday at Wellington. Mrs. Allan and Miss P. Gane were Normanby’s official representatives at the Women’s Institute council meeting at Stratford on Friday. Visitors included Mesdames A. J. Hopcroft, A. Galloway and C. L. Hay.
