JURORS DISMISSED
DIFFICULTY FOR NEW TRIAL. RESULT OF DISAGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, Last Night. A jury disagreed to-day after a six hours’ retirement over a charge against Sydney Judge, aged 26, a married man, that he did grievous bodily harm on June 30 at Greymouth by assaulting Thomas Atkin Gardyne. A new trial was ordered.
All the jurors having been discharged, a special session is probably necessary.
