TRUST BUILDING
TO BE AUCTIONED AT SYDNEY. RESERVE FIXED BY COURT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 12.10 a.m. Sydney, Sept. 3. The Equity Court finally dealt to-day with the question of the reserve on the trust building at Sydney which will be offered for auction in October. The court ,on August 26 had given the McArthur Trust, of Queensland, leave to be heard on the subject. The reserve had before then been fixed by the court, but the amount had not been disclosed. Mr. Justice Long-Innes, giving judgment to-day, said he was satisfied the reserve had been fixed at a proper amount and leave was given the Public Trustee to sell the building by public auction at the court’s reserve, which is still not disclosed, Ind failing that by private treaty, subject to the same reserve.
