B TEAM FOR KING COUNTRY. OTHER MATCHES .ARRANGED. Arrangements for the Taranaki Rugby B team’s visit to Taumarunui to play King Country' on Saturday have been completed and the team will leave by Friday night’s express, returning early on Monday morning. The first junior semi-final between Midhirst, central division champion, and Hawera, southern division champion, will be played at Elthain on Saturday. The date of the final between New Plymouth Old Boys and the winner of the Eltham match has not yet been decided. The southern division fourth grade champion will be found to-day, when Kanonga and Waimate will play off. The winner will meet Tukapa, which defeated Stratford on Saturday, in the other semi-final. A team from Matiere, expected to contain five King Country representatives, will visit New Plymouth on- September 14. On that date the A representatives will be playing at Wellington and the B team will be meeting South Auckland at Eltham. A combined team from the New Plymouth clubs has been selected by Mr. C. Brown:— The New Plymouth team will be:— Simpson (Star); Nielson (Star), Richardson (Old Boys). Gardiner (Tukapa); Wallace (Tukapa), Adlgm (Star); Kinsella (Star); Thompson (Tukapa), VoulJaire (Tukapa), McLean. (Star), Evans (Old Boys), Mace (Old Boys), T- Sullivan (Tukapa), Ulenberg (Old Boys), Carter (Tukapa). Emergencies' will be: Hoskin (Old Boys), MacFarlane (Star), Wheeler (Old Boys), Knott (Tukapa), Morris (Star).
