HOCKEY CLUB DANCE
' URENUI CELEBRATES VICTORY. A dance organised by the Urenui Women’s Hockey Club was held in the Urehui hall on Wednesday night and, in spite of the boisterous weather, there was a splendid attendance. McNeill’s dance band provided the music arid Mrs. Trass played extras. Mr. L. Ratteiibury, president of the club congratulated the club on winning the Gilmour Cup. He extended congratulations to Mrs. Trass on the success of the Taranaki women s representatives bn tour. Mrs. Trass, captain of. the team, was then presented ■ with the cup. Mr. N. Mabey was master of ceremonies.
