MR. COATES’ RETURN
EXPECTED DURING WEEK-END. RADIO MESSAGE RECEIVED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, August 16. It now appears certain that the Minister of Finance, Mr. J. G. Coates, will arrive at Wellington by the Maunganui from San Francisco on Sunday afternoon. A radio message from the Minister was received at Parliament House yesterday afternoon advising that the Union liner expected to make port between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday.
