BRITISH CITIZEN GIVEN LIBERTY. ALLEGED CRITICISM OF STATE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright, Munich, Aug. 14. Mr. Garhard Mosel a naturalised British citizen who was arrested on a charge of utterances against the Government concerning its anti-Jewish policy, was released without explanation. He is going to London. Mr. Mosel expressed his views when visiting friends, one of whom denounced him.
