BURGLARY IN COUNTY OFFICE. £3B STOLEN AT MARTINBOROUGH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. The sum of £3B was secured by burglars in the early hours of this morning when they blew open a safe in the Featherston County Council office, Martinborough. It appeared to be the work of professionals, the sopnd of the explosion being deadened with mats, sacks, etc. Two cash boxes were smashed to pieces and papers were strewn about.
