The' police stated that McLean was cated. while in charge of a car, when his license was cancelled for six months. Later he was charged with driving without a license. On the charge of intoxication while in charge of a car, McLean was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment and prohibited from driving for five years, On a charge of conversion of a car he was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, the sentences to'be concurrent.
