BANK CLERK CHARGED
ALLEGATION OF THEFT. REMAND TO NEW PLYMOUTH. Charged with stealing £lO from the Commercial Bank, New Plymouth, while he was employed aS a clerk at the bank, David Jason Spence, aged 36, appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court at Auckland on Monday. Accused was remanded to appear at New Plymouth on Friday.,
