CAR RUNS OFF ROAD
’ ACCIDENT AT NEW PLYMOUTH. POLICE ARREST OF TWO MEN. A motor-car’s course last night across Powderham Street, New Plymouth and over the pavement towards a 30-feet drop ended at one of the concrete posts supporting the railings between the Daily News office and Messrs. Hardwicks and Robertson’s building. Neither the driver nor his passenger was injured, and the car appeared to be only slightly damaged.
