OTANGIWAI NEWS
EUCHRE PARTY PRIZE WINNERS. As a variation from the usual weekly flag five hundred-evenings, a-euchre party was arranged by the Otangiwai Hall Society last Friday. Miss V. Chaytor won the women’s prize and Mr. R. Julian the men’s prize. Consolation prizes were won by Mrs. C. Bennett and Mr. L. Cribb. Mrs. F. Korff, New Plymouth, is the guest of Mr. and .Mrs. T. B. R. Julian, Otangiwai. Mrs. W. Fry, Otangiwai, is making an extended tour of the - South Island. Mrs. R. M. Dunn has returned home after a long period in the Taumarunui hospital.
