MAINTENANCE DISPUTE HEARD, MORGAN'S SEPARATION ORDER. By Telegraph-Press Association. Wellington, April 16. Reserved judgment in the case of Norma Morgan (former Olympic Games representative) against Edward Morgan (former Olympic Games boxing champion) was delivered in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M. Complaint had been made under the Destitute Persons Act, 1910, that the defendant had wilfully and without reasonable cause failed to provide complainant with adequate maintenance and praying for separation and maintenance orders. “The defendant has established no reasonable cause for his failure to maintain complainant,” said the magistrate, who made the separation order in terms of the complaint and the maintenance order at the rate of 15s a week.
