BOWLING AT WAITARA
LEVELS OF GREEN TO BE TAKEN. • At the monthly meeting of the committee of the Waitara Bowling Club on Thursday night it was decided to close the green officially on April 25, when the annual match for the Raleigh Cup will be played between the town and freezing works. It was decided to have the green pegged, and permanent levels taken, and to get prices for painting the pavilion. A letter of appreciation is to be forwarded to the Rev. W. B. Cuming for his services 'to the club.
