VOGELTOWN BOWLING
NORTH VERSUS SOUTH MATCH. FINAL OF PAIRS COMPETITION. The annual match betweeir norther# and southern members of the Vogeltown Bowling Club was played on Saturday. The match resulted in a win for the southern players by the narrow margin of four points. At the conclusion of playMr. Griffiths presented the cup to Mr. Evans, president of the club. Following are the results of play, the names of the south, skips being given first: Evans 34 v. Griffiths 18, Boultqp 14 v. Dickson 37, Robertson 29 v, Cawthray 37, Ruebe 33 v. Short 18, T. Innes 37 v. Ross 23, totals, 137, 133. The final of the pair competition was played with the following result: Jarman and Innes 22 v. Harris and Ross 18.
