AYRSHIRE BREEDERS
REPORT UPON DISTRICT VISITS. At a meeting of the Ayrshire Cattle Breeders’ Club at New Plymouth yesterday the chairman, Mr. W. Hall, presented a report in connection with the visits paid to Ayrshire cattle breeders throughout the district. The itinerary had occupied three days, he said, and had been interesting and instructive. Throughout the district there were more farmers becoming interested

The cattle, generally speaking (and many farms had been visited), were of excellent quality and would compare very favourably indeed with the best cattle of the breed to be found anywhere in the Dominion. The chairman also presented a report
with reference to the club’s annual sale to be held towards the end of May. The baknce-sheet, showing a credit of £lO Os lOd, wa6 submitted by the secretary, Mr. W. P. Okey, and approved for submission to the annual meeting. Those present at the meeting wefs Messrs. W. Hall, R. W. D. Robertson, A. G. Hall, H. F. Olson, J. O. Morton, H. H. Olson and A. Weir.
