BACHELORS’ EVENT A SUCCESS; GENERAL AND PERSONAL NEWS. The bachelors of Tiitutawa held a dance ofi March 15 which proved a succfess. Music wsk played by Vinseh’s Ambassadors arid extras by Miss A. Coin. A'Monte Carlo was won by Miss V. Whakaru and Mr. M. Norris. Miss Whakaru is staying with her sister, Mrs. P. Norris. ■ Mrs. Beckwith left on Thursday for Dunedin. . , Miss K. Mrs. Burining is spending a holiday at IngleWdod. Mr. Muggletori is an inmate of the hospital. Tennis at Tututawa is in full swing; Ladder match results are: Miss Walker (challenger) beat Miss Jacobsen 6—3, Mrs. Cutfield (challenger) beat Mirs.
