HOLIDAY IN SWITZERLAND. STRENUOUS WORK IN SAAR. London, March 12. Sir Geoffrey Knox, who has completed his work as chairman of the Governing Commission of the Saar, is taking three months’ leave in Switzerland before returning to the diplomatic service. In a leading article the Times says Germany and France have shown the greatest forbearance over the Saar, but the League of Nations also deserves credit for the unprecedented experiment successfully carried out by Sir Geoffrey.
