DUNEDIN COMMANDER
FRESH APPOINTMENT MADE. NAVAL OFFICERS ARRIVE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Commander Basil R. Willett, D.S.C., R.N., who has been lent to the New Zealand Government for service in H.M.S. Dunedin, arrived with Mrs. Willett and two children by the Rangitane from London to-day. For the past two years Commander Willett has served in the tactical division at the Admiralty. He will succeed Commander William Powlett, who has completed three years in the Dunedin and is leaving for England about the middle of April. Other naval men arriving by the Rangitane included Paymaster-Com-mander H. K. Totton, Lieut.-Commander G. M. F. Fuller, Lieut-Commander L. Gowlland, Paymaster-Sub-Lieut. B. K. Freedman and six naval ratings.
