ROYAL GATHERING HELD. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Feb. 22. The King drove in State this morning to St. James Palace, where he held the first levee of the year. His Majesty was accompanied by the Duke of York and Lord Harewood.
