AUSTRIA AND FRANCE IN ACCORD. RETURN OF SAAR TO GERMANY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 7.30 p.m. Paris, Fab. 22. After a discussion with Dr. Kurt Schuschnigg, Austrian Chancellor, and Dr. Berger Waldenegg, Minister of For’ eign Affairs, the French Foreign Minister, M. Pierre Laval, announced his and M. Pierre Landin’s views on Austrian aspects of central European problems coincide with those of the Austrian Ministers. The House of Deputies unanimously passed a Bill ratifying the Naples agreement in connection with returning the Saar to Germany.
