OTANGIWAI NEWS
FLAG FIVE HUNDRED PARTY. The first of a series of evenings to raise funds for the Otangiwai school was held on Friday evening, when a good crowd attended. The winning table was, that of Mrs. C. Bennett, Mrs. A. McDougall, Mr. E. Fauchelle and Mr. P. McDougall, with. 20 flags. Consolation prizes were won by Mrs. W. de Malmanche and Messrs. W. de Malmanche, A. Raitt and W. Raitt. After supper had been served, dancing was held, Mrs. E. C. Thomas playing the music. The next evening will be held on Friday next, play commencing at 8.30 p.m.
