LOYAL OKATO LODGE
MANCHESTER UNITY MEETING. The fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Okato Lodge, M.U.1.0.0.F., was held in the supper room on Monday night. Noble Grand Bro. Larking presided over a fair attendance of members.. Messrs. Lewis and Bennie were initiated into the order. The half-yearly election of officers was held, the results being: Noble Grand, Sister T. Joyce; Vice Grand, Bro. Knapman; Warden, Bro. Heatley; Guardian, Bro. Barras; elective secretary, Bro. Fredrickson; conductors, Bro. Bint and Sister K. M. Stanley. Supporters to the Noble Grand, Bro. Heydon and Bro. Len Deacon; vice grand, Bros. Putt and Binnie. Bro. T. Clow, P.P.G.M., presented the merit jewel to Bro. Len Deacon for obtaining the most financial members in the year.
