CROWDS ON PEOPLE’S DAY. ADDITIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. People’s Day at the Masterton show was held in fine, hot weather and attracted a large attendance. Additional championships were:— Draughts: Stallion and reserve, Donald McKenzie, Masterton; mare and reserve, Donald McKenzie; gelding and reserve, G. Shaw, Te Ore Ore. Hack: Miss I. Bennett, Masterton. Pony: Miss B. Birch, Masterton. Pony jump: Miss D. Bousfield, Waipukurau. Jump: Mrs. H. Scales, Whakataki.
