BLUEBIRD SPEED RECORD RUNS. SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL’S FEAR. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Daytona feeach, Feb. 17. Rain, shifting winds and sluggish tides to-day failed to improve beach conditions. Sir Malcolm Campbell, who is awaiting an opportunity of breaking the world’s land speed record in his car Bluebird, said: “Unless conditions improve swiftly I am afraid it is going to be March before we can make runs.”
