COMMANDER WORSLEY’S PLANS. COSTA RICA AUTHORITY GIVEN. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright London, Jan. 17. An expedition headed by Commander Frank Worsley will sail on Monday renewing a search of Cocos Island for the £25,000,000 treasure. The Costa Rica Government has granted exclusive rights for the search.
