PERSONAL AND GENERAL NEWS. Mrs. Pat Fleming and Miss E. Fleming are visiting Masterton and Palmerston North. Mrs. P. Conaglen and family are spending a few weeks at Kina Road, Oaonui. Mrs. Hellier, Inglewood, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Pirimona, Kina Road. Mr. H. O. West, Te Kiri, and Mr. W. West, Otakeho, have returned home after spending a few days with their sister, Mrs. S. M. Coombe. Miss Ngaire Rennie, who was the guest of Miss Betty Bosworth, has returned to New Plymouth. Misses Edna and Melva Reynolds have returned from Urenui. Mr. and MrS. and Miss West, who have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. S. MCoombe, are living at Opunake. Mrs. R. Klenner has returned home after spending a holiday at New Plymouth. Mr. T. Knofflock is visiting his brother, Mr. E. Knofflock, Kina Road. Mr. H. Turo caught an eel weighing 301 b in the Oaoiti River last Wednesday morning,
