ARISTOCRATIC DOGS
LONDON CHRISTMAS PARTY. London, Dec. 26. A little-known aspect of Christmas in London was a party for 3000 aristocratic dogs at the Dogs’ Club, Mayfair. Canines were received from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and presented with two sausages and a box of dog biscuits. Children were invited to bring guests, and were rewarded with appropriate gifts. Dog-owners who belong to the club, which takes care of Princess Elizabeth’s three Cairns, include the Prince of Wales, Prince Henry and the Duke of Kent.
