GIFT OF DOVE RIVER VALLEY SITE. ONCE A HAUNT OF IZAAK WALTON. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Jan. 3. Two further gifts of land in the picturesque valley of the Dove River have been made to the National Trust for places of historical interest and natural beauty by Mr. Robert McDougall, Manchester, who recently made other similar gifts in the same locality. The Dove River was a favourite haunt qf Izaak Walton, and it is still beloved of anglers.
