STEWARD AND BARMAN FINED. CONVICTIONS AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 4. Arthur Vowles, aged 54, steward, was fined £25 for carrying on business as « bookmaker. Horace George Symons, a barman, was fined £l2 10s for using a car as a common gaming house.
